4. Course Access & Usage

Purchasing or enrolling in a course gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access the course and its learning materials. Course content may not be copied, resold, redistributed or publicly shared without permission from Qikskilledge.

5. Payments & Refunds

Course prices and applicable charges will be displayed before purchase. Refund requests are handled according to Qikskilledge's refund policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All Qikskilledge course materials, videos, graphics, templates, branding, certificates and website content are owned by or licensed to Qikskilledge and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

7. Termination

Qikskilledge may suspend or terminate access where a user seriously violates these terms, engages in fraud, shares paid content without permission or compromises the security of the platform.

8. Certificates

Eligible learners who successfully complete applicable course requirements may receive a Qikskilledge certificate of completion. Certificates confirm course completion but do not represent a university degree, professional licence or guarantee of employment.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not misuse the platform, share paid course access, copy or redistribute protected content, attempt unauthorised access, manipulate course completion or certificates, or use Qikskilledge for unlawful activities.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Qikskilledge provides courses for educational and skills-development purposes. While we aim to provide high-quality learning experiences, completing a course does not guarantee employment, income, promotion or any particular professional outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
